The Bag of Virtues is a tool that I have been using on a daily basis for more than 15 years. Virtues are a habitual disposition to do good. By practicing them, we elevate our emotional and mental states, our relationships and our life.
This bag of virtues contains 99 cards inside, each one with a different virtue: (patience, courage, discipline, love, joy, etc).
Simply reach into the bag and, without looking, take one virtue each day and practice it during the next 24 hours, until you take a new one.
